IDMA has reserved discounted rooms for Annual Conference attendees of $195 per night for single/double occupancy plus tax. Discounted rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until September 19, 2025.
After September 19, rooms will be available on a space-available basis.

Parking
Valet parking is available at the DoubleTree Philadelphia City Center for $63 per night.
Self-parking options are available within two blocks of the hotel. Self-parking garages are not managed by the hotel and costs may vary.
