*NEW THIS YEAR* | BOOTHS AND EXHIBIT EXPERIENCE 

This year, we are reimagining the traditional exhibit hall to create a more engaging, high-visibility experience for our valued vendor partners. 

Rather than standard exhibit booths, vendors will have the opportunity to purchase six-foot exhibit tables and branded kiosks strategically placed in the foyer areas directly outside of educational sessions. These high-traffic locations ensure consistent attendee flow before, between, and after sessions, maximizing exposure and meaningful interaction. 

This new format is designed to encourage natural conversations, increase accessibility, and place vendors at the center of attendee movement throughout the event. With a streamlined footprint and premium placement, exhibitors can connect with attendees in a more personal and impactful setting.

This will display the floor plan of the exhibit hall along with details on the booths that are currently available/reserved. Available exhibit booths are highlighted yellow while reserved booths are gray. If you are interested in booking a booth, please click on the Create New Booking button to create a new account. If you already have an account and would like to view or modify your booking, please sign into your existing booking using your account email address and password at the bottom of this page.

NAMIC members receive a $700 discount on exhibit booths. If you are not sure if you are a NAMIC member, please reach out to claimsexhibit@namic.org for verification prior to creating a new booking.

6 Foot Table - $4,200 | NAMIC Member Discount - $3,500

Table Registration Includes:

       (1) 6’x30” high draped table in show color

       (2) side chairs

       (1) registration included with booth purchase and a discount on additional registration(s).

        Attendee registration list with name, title, company, and mailing address sent approximately 30 days prior to the conference.

       

*Additional signage and furniture are not permitted with the exception of one floor sign that is no larger than 3' wide by 7' tall.

 

Kiosk - $6,150 | NAMIC Member Discount - $5,450

Kiosk Registration Includes:

      (1) 8' high X 1.5M wide branded backwall

      (1) counter

      (2) stools      

      (1) registration included with booth purchase and a discount on additional registration(s).

       Attendee registration list with name, title, company, and mailing address sent approximately 30 days prior to the conference.
